CORPORATE LOBBY RENOVATION
1982
Originally constructed in 1982, this corporate lobby had not seen any updates since its construction. Lined with heavy stone, large planters and honey colored paneling, the space was in need of a facelift.
This space is currently under construction, slated for completion in April 2023.
Features
The renovation includes the addition of a mezzanine, coffee bar and integrates the reception desk into the core space. Wood accents were modernized, planters removed and decorative aluminum slat system w/ lighting replaces the aged sound panels.
