GREENWOOD RESIDENCE

History

Built in the 19th Century, this historic Greenwood Home was in need of renovation to bring its functionality into the 21st. Minding the original architectural features that remained, we worked to create a seamless addition, upgrades to the siding, windows, and roofing.

Addition | Alterations

The interior of the home went through extensive renovations to open the floor plate to modern living, create a true first-floor master suite for aging in place and creating a new family room addition with upstairs master above. Relocating the staircase allowed for additional family room space on the second level and more direct entry from the driveway.
